Embroidered Tulle Lace - fan and scallop

As soon as my order was placed, Emily from Fred’s was in touch directly to explain there was a variance to the colour batches they had in stock and superbly asked whether it was for one project needing a continuous length (which was the case) or whether separate lengths from two different batches would suffice (with shorter despatch time). I was kept informed of the order status and as there was further delay while a new batch was ordered from the supplier, a kind note was enclosed with the order which generously included the extra trim on the reel free of charge.
